Call our offices on 01502 519900 and speak to one of our engineers. If they cannot assist over the telephone then bring your PC into the shop where it will be diagnosed with the problem.
At each stage you will be contacted to discuss any additional costs which may be incurred. Some repairs can be dealt with on site.
If your PC has internet or home networking problems, contact the office to book an engineer to come to your house. We can normally get to you within 48 hours.
We do not have a call out charge; our engineer's only charge for time spent onsite. Just one of our services that has made CDS the most competitively priced Computer store in town!
We can build, supply and advise on the most suitable system for your business, from servers, PC’s, business laptops and monitors through to peripheral parts such as speakers and web cam’s. Once installed you can opt for our annual maintenance contract providing a full service for all your IT systems to include the following:
Server / Work Station Installation and Maintenance
Full cover for mechanical breakdown of your server and monitor. One of our fully trained engineers will attend site within 8 hours of your call. (Depending on the contract package). All parts (under normal warranty), labour and travel are covered within the annual maintenance charge.
If we have not supplied your IT systems or equipment and you are looking for a competitive quote to maintain your systems please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.
Server / Work Station Repairs
If you do not require a full maintenance contract then you can opt for our normal service. Just telephone the office and one of our operators will book you in for a visit. We cannot guarantee same day service for this. All parts, labour and travel will be charged at the normal rate.
Parts Ordering
If you employ someone within your business to maintain your systems we can offer a parts only service. The IT manager can place an order for any required part for your system. Delivery to our offices is normally next day, if ordered before 3.00pm.
