Kevin Miller began Data Solutions back in 1998 with the intension of creating an honest, reliable, and competitive pc repair service to both business and home users. After 2 successful years on the South Lowestoft Industrial Estate the partnership of Kevin Miller and Keith Swatman was cemented and on this note Complete Data Solutions ltd was formed and the well known bridge road shop was opened. Kevins main knowledge covers Windows 95 through to Windows Xp and most home and business applications, but during the 7 working days, Kevin mainly oversees the day too day running of the business, aswell and covering most computer repairs along side the other technicians.

Mainly based in the Oulton Broad shop Kevin is seen as one of the main faces too CDS by most of the new and regular customers.

Keith is one of the two directors of Complete Data Solutions and is the most experienced member of the team. His career in computing exceeds 21 years, having first worked on the original Amstrad 1512 with just two 5 1/4in floppy drives. He has certified training in Windows, Unix, 4 GL Programming, CGI and Unix. Over the years he has worked with Unix, UnixWare, Novell v3.12, DOS, MSDOS V1 through to V6.2, Windows V2, V3, V3.1, V3.11, Windows 95, Windows98, Windows NT4, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP Home, Windows XP Professional, Windows NT4 Server, Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server, HTML programming and Website Design.

Keith served with a Lowestoft firm for 17 years as their IT Manager overseeing around 30 PC’s and 3 Servers. Keith has the skills to advise any SME on their IT requirements, from a single PC to a full Client Server Network setup.

Keith is our senior technician on the road, overseeing mainly our business customers.

John is the oldest of the team and has been working in IT for 14 years.  He started by looking after his Regiments computers whilst serving in Germany and the UK.  John left the Army in 2000 as a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and went to work in the IT Team of Lowestoft College.  Whilst in the IT Team John was asked to do a bit of teaching which lead to him becoming a full time College lecturer, teaching the level 2 and 3 courses in computer maintenance.  John joined the CDS team in April 2006.

Richard, the youngest of the team started his career building and maintaining computer systems for a local firm in 2000. He has a sound working knowledge of: Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows NT 4, Novel and Linux server systems including their associated operating systems using remote access systems such as RSA secure-id encryption, Cisco Systems, Symantec Gatekeeper and Microsoft VPN.
